The entire former Boyden Interim Management team in Germany is relaunching as a solution provider for Executive Interim Management under the name “XQI Interim Partner.” This move directly responds to the evolving demands of the labor market.
The core of the strategic realignment is an XQI Executive Circle, an XQI Senior Advisory Board, and three new partners—eight in total. These are designed to provide companies with experienced interim executives for transformation, change, and AI-driven developments.
(Munich) The entire former team of Boyden Interim Management GmbH is realigning and, effective immediately, operating independently from its former parent company with a future-oriented solution offering for Executive Interim Management under the name “XQI Interim Partner GmbH.” This move responds to the dynamic demands of a rapidly and continuously changing labor market—particularly at the first and second leadership levels.
The realignment comes at a time when organizations need new forms of flexible leadership: According to the Deloitte-Studie Human Capital Trends 2024 study, 58% of companies already rely on interim managers for critical tasks. McKinsey reports that 36% of employees today identify as self-employed—nearly double the pre-pandemic rate.
